La préparation des campagnes passe de 4 heures à 40 minutes pour une agence marketing de concessionnaires.

Devpro integrated Monday.com with SIP Caller through a custom campaign management interface, eliminating the manual data transfer that was consuming four hours of M&G Marketing's day and blocking their path to doubling campaign volume.

01 · Le défi

A manual campaign workflow that couldn't scale into the summer season.

M&G Marketing runs outbound calling campaigns on behalf of car dealerships. Every campaign required manually extracting contact data from Monday.com boards and re-entering it into SIP Caller. With summer high season approaching and a goal to double campaign volume, the process had to change.

  • Four hours lost every day. Campaign preparation consumed four hours of staff time daily, entirely on manual data extraction and re-entry between two platforms with no connection.
  • No path to scale. Doubling campaign volume for the summer high season was impossible without doubling the time spent on manual transfers, which wasn't feasible.
  • Error risk and no audit trail. Manual transfers created risk of formatting errors in phone numbers and contact data, with no version history to track what was sent to SIP Caller or when.
02 · Notre approche

A purpose-built interface that sits between Monday.com and SIP Caller.

Rather than patching around the manual process, we built a web application that reads campaign data directly from Monday.com and pushes it to SIP Caller automatically, with versioning, validation and error notification built in from day one.

PHASE 01 · Wk 1

Requirements

Mapped Monday.com board and view structure, documented the SIP Caller API, and defined the campaign data model including the unique Campaign ID system for versioning and traceability.

  • Monday.com board mapping
  • SIP Caller API audit
  • Campaign data model
PHASE 02 · Wks 2–3

Core build

Built the web interface with authentication, Monday.com data extraction logic, board and view aggregation, and the Campaign ID system for sync tracking and update traceability.

  • Web interface + auth
  • Monday.com integration
  • Campaign ID system
PHASE 03 · Wk 4

SIP Caller integration

Integrated SIP Caller: automatic campaign creation, incremental versioning on structural changes, list import and update management, phone number formatting and validation with error notifications.

  • SIP Caller API integration
  • Versioning system
  • Validation + error alerts
PHASE 04 · Wk 5

Deployment

Deployed to production, validated end-to-end with live campaign data, and handed over to the M&G Marketing team with full documentation.

  • Production deployment
  • End-to-end validation
  • Team handover
03 · La solution

A campaign hub that reads from Monday.com and writes to SIP Caller automatically.

The interface gives M&G Marketing a single place to manage campaigns. Data flows from Monday.com boards into SIP Caller without manual intervention, with every change tracked and validated.

Monday.com data extraction

Campaign data extracted from Monday.com boards and views based on campaign parameters, aggregated automatically without manual export.

Automated SIP Caller transfer

Campaigns created or updated in SIP Caller automatically whenever campaign data changes, eliminating manual re-entry entirely.

Campaign versioning

Every structural change creates a new incremental version in SIP Caller with a full history log, so M&G always knows what was sent and when.

Validation and error alerts

Phone numbers and contact data validated automatically before transfer. Errors surfaced immediately with notifications rather than discovered after the fact.

List management

Contact lists can be updated while keeping the same Campaign ID, with import history and download available directly from the interface.
